New SHARE Charity Manager announced as Viv Devlin
**Some Exciting News**Introducing Viv Devlin as our Charity Manager 🎉
Dear SHARE supporters,
I am thrilled to share some exciting news with all of you today. It is with great pleasure that we would like to announce the promotion of Viv Devlin to the position of Charity Manager here at SHARE.
Viv has been an integral part of SHARE for several years, tirelessly dedicating herself to our mission of supporting people who are homeless and assisting people who are refugees. Throughout her tenure at SHARE, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities, compassion, and a deep commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve and care for.
Having firstly volunteered and then worked in various capacities within our charity, Viv has gained invaluable experience and a comprehensive understanding of our operations, programs, and the challenges we face. Her extensive knowledge of our organizational structure, good governance and safeguarding requirements by the Charity Commission, coupled with her unwavering dedication to help those in need, make her the ideal candidate to lead us forward together.
Viv's remarkable accomplishments include spearheading several successful fundraising campaigns, managing our old ShareShop, planning and establishing the new ShareShop through to fruition, relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing initiatives that have significantly enhanced our outreach efforts. She has consistently shown exceptional management skills, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for our volunteers, supported volunteers and staff. Whilst all the time keeping one eye on how we were operating financially and keeping the Trustees informed and up to speed.
In her new role as Charity Manager, Viv will be responsible for overseeing the entire day-to-day operations of SHARE, ensuring that our programs continue to run smoothly and efficiently. She will work closely with our dedicated team to develop strategies, foster new partnerships, and further expand our reach in fulfilling our mission to support and assist people who are homeless or refugees.
